Returns and Exchange Policy

Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping is at your own cost and risk. You are responsible for ensuring the item is safely and securely returned to us.
- We only issue refunds once the returned item is received in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- We are not liable for any damage, loss, or mishandling that occurs during the return shipping process. If the item arrives damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to withhold the refund.
- Before sending the item back, you must upload a clear photo of the item showing its condition.
- If the return is sent without prior communication, or if the item is improperly packaged or damaged upon arrival, we will not issue a refund.

Alternatively, complete the return form below. Once the form is submitted and approved, you will receive return instructions. Once we receive your request, we will provide further instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable time frame.
Exchanges
If your item is defective, damaged, or you require a different size, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to availability and must be of equal value.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.
